Urena Consulting Group LLC designed this application to minimize unnecessary handling of claim information.

Device-local review

Documents are parsed in the user’s browser by default. Local review does not transmit document contents to UCG storage.

Optional protected cloud storage

Signed-in users may intentionally save a case and its documents. Cloud case records are separated by authenticated account, and server-side ownership checks apply to every read, write, download and deletion.

Information retained

Saved case data can include claim identifiers, extracted fields, review decisions, uploaded documents, price-list metadata and audit events. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process.

Retention and deletion

Case owners may delete saved cases and associated documents. Operational backups or platform logs may persist for a limited period.

Automated output

OCR, calculations and suggested scope require qualified human verification. The application does not make coverage or claim decisions.
